This note presents the second record of Pilemostoma fastuosum (SCHALLER , 1783) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) in the 21st century in the Mazovian Lowland, which is also the fourth known record in this region. The specimen of the species was found in Mińsk Mazowiecki in 2023 and was most likely brought from the Sphagnum bog near Józefów.
