The aim of this paper is to examine the impact of foreign trade on Poland’s economic growth in the years 2006-2015. In the article, econometric analysis was carried out and the VAR model was used. In the first part of the work, a review of the literature relating to the subject of the work was undertaken. The second part of the article presents an analysis of statistical data and, based on them, the VAR model. The GNU Regression Econometric and Time-Series Library (GRETL) software was used for calculations
