Investigations of shear stresses of macaroni paste showed that this relation has the Course of a power curve under the conditions of laminar flows without lost motions. Theoretical interrelation between length L and diameter D of the cylindrical channel, as well as flow velocity Vśr and pressure drop ⊿ p, for the investigated rheological characteristic, is expressed by the relation L:(Dn+1):Vśrn :⊿ p =nn:4k (6n+2)n ,where: k (Nsn m²) - coefficient of viscosity, n (-) - flow behaviour index. Diagrams enclose the courses of interrelation.
