PL
Osleoporoza jest chorobą cywilizacyjną określaną jako cichy zabójca. Najczęściej dotyczy kobiet w różnych grupach wiekowych. Do czynników etipatogenycznych zalicza się: czynniki genetyczne, wiek, rasa, przebyłe złamania po niewielkim urazie poniżej 45 roku życia, przebyte złamanie biodra u matki, masa ciała, niedobór hormonów płciowych, sposób żywienia, aktywność fizyczną, zaburzenia psychiczne (anorexia nervosa, depresja).

The osteoporosis is the civilization disease defined as "silent killer". Mostly it concerns women in different aged of life. The ethiopatogenetic factors contain: age, race, low trauma fracture since age 45, Maternal history of hip fracture, low body mass, cessation of sexual hormones, nutritional habits, physical activity, psychical disorders (anorexia nervosa, depression).
