Climate genesis considerations come within the domain of climate's theory ie science about climatic processes and climate shaping factors. This is a branch which in modern climatology research, more and more takes a lead, not only from the scientific point of view but also from the practical point of view. Research findings in this field not only contribute new more perfect methods of long-term forecast, but also, to the improvement of methods that have been used so far. We know it very well that the long-term forecasting is a matter of great concern for the entire human economy. Peculiarity of climate elements' annual course show us the structure of our climate; they also give us the picture of the annual weather course. A new, dynamie look at the climate as a different kinds of weather (in the former approach climate was seen as an atmospheric condition), indicates a novel approach to studying the climate, and constitutes very important supplement to previous research methods used in classical climatology.
