In the years 1994 - 1996 studies comprised 600 objects localized in Lublin region with typical granulometric composition. Average contents of readily soluble forms of metals were differentiated significantly by the content of fine particles and they increased together with particle quantity Rise in pH caused marked increase of concentration of readily soluble magnesium, copper and zinc and decrease of manganese concentration but only in the soils with higher content of fine particles. Granulometric composition affected decisively formation of the contents of readily soluble Mg, Mn and Cu forms in relation to particular pH scope. Its effect on Zn and Fe contents was stated only in the soils containing by 20% of soil size fraction under 0.02 mm.
