The studies were carried out on 70 pigs fed a modified ,,PP-prestarter” concentrate for about 127 days. Feeding this fodder took place in young pigs weighing 25,5 kg and lasted until they reached a body weight = 109 kg. The assessment of radioactivity concerned the fodder and its components and the following parts of muscles and internal organs: the back of the neck, joint of pork, sirloin, liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, spleen and brain. It was found that the total radioactivity of the fodder was 235.0 Bq/kg; the radioactivity of the meat and internal organs was lower at 57.0—60.7% and 60.6—73.4% respectively.
