The main aim of the study was to present significant role of milk sector Bashkir Republic. The role has been presented by analysis of milk production and market in Bashkir Republic compared to other regions in Russian Federation. The author underlines important directions for the dairy sector development, including improvement of the integration between milk producers and milk processors, reconstruction of the market and production infrastructure and upgrade equipment.The main aim of the study was to present significant role of milk sector Bashkir Republic. Głównym celem pracy bylo podkreślenie roli sektora mleczarskiego w Republice Baszkirii. Przedstawiono analizą produkcji i rynku mleka w republice Baszkirii w porównaniu do innych regionów Federacji Rosyjskiej. Ponadto autor pracy nakreśla najważniejsze kierunki rozwoju sektora mleczarskiego, przede wszystkim w kierunku poprawy integracji producentów i przetwórców mleka, rekonstrukcji rynku oraz infrastruktury produkcyjnej i ulepszenia wyposażenia.
