The article presents analysis of the activity and directs of development at the Meat Processing Plant ’’Moscibrody” on the basis of the results of empirical research in the years 1998-2002. The paper evaluates changes in employment, production and distribution. This article analyses a capital and financial standing of this company, its analysis balance of indicators and billing of profits and losses. All the described elements indicated on the dynamic development of the researched firm. The results of the indicators analysis confirmed the good condition of the Meat Processing Plant ’’Moscibrody” and possibilities of the further development. The article includes the results of conducted polls among the owners and managements concerned the potential of the competitive and sources of the supremacy in the competitive. The article contains main elements of the strategy of the development of the company.
