The influence of fungicide protection performed at the end of earing on seed value and vigour of winter wheat was investigated. Laboratory tests were made at the Department of Agronomy, Poznań University of Life Sciences, the grain derived from field experiments conducted in the Agricultural Experimental Station Brody. It was found that the application of fungicide protection at the end of the earing stage of winter wheat did not result in deterioration of the value of grain, and even contributed to a significant increase in germination energy. No significant effect on the vigor of fungicide treated of winter wheat was stated, except for reducing the vigor index and seedling fresh weight were noticed.
