Clinical observations of a group of Vietnam students - embracing 60 men from 18 to 35 years of age, are described. Registered at the beginning parasitoses of alimentary tract are on table 1, various combinations of infection are given on the table 2. Objective - physical and laboratory examinations have shown only insignificant deviations from the normal condition. Radiological examinations of the alimentary tract have disclosed the presence of negative shadows corresponding to the intestinal worm (helminth) located in a section of the jejenum (Fig. 1-4). The group discussed above was treated with: Antivermin (Polfa), Dilombrin (Pfizer) and Telmid (Eli-Lilly) in generally applied doses, in two series. No side effects were noted. The results obtained following two series of treatment - the examination of faeces has shown negative results in 60% - point to the necessity of further treatment of the above mentioned group of students.
