Celem niniejszego opracowania jest samoocena zajęć prowadzonych w ramach programu promocji zdrowia i profilaktyki uzależnień „Trener Osiedlowy” za lata 2006-2012. W badaniach wzięło udział, w zależności od etapu, od 36 do 46 trenerów a podstawowym narzędziem był arkusz T, który zawierał 11 pytań. Uzyskane wyniki pozwalają wnioskować, że w kolejnych latach funkcjonowania programu „Trener Osiedlowy” zajęcia te cieszyły się podobną popularnością, zarówno na początku zajęć, jak i na końcu. Dominującą aktywnością w czasie zajęć we wszystkich etapach badań okazały się gry zespołowe a trenerzy wysoko ocenili swoją pracę, efektywność zajęć pod względem aktywności ruchowej, zachowanie warunków bezpieczeństwa w czasie zajęć oraz ogólną atmosferę panującą na zajęciach. Ponadto warunki pogodowe dla zajęć w opinii trenerów w większości przypadków były korzystne, średnio korzystne i bardzo korzystne a pomoc ze strony uczestników lokalnej społeczności duża i średnia.

The aim of this elaboration is self-assessment of the classes carried out within the ‘’Local Coach’’ programme of health promotion and addiction preventing within the period of 2006-2012. Depending on the stage, around 36 to 46 people participated in the tests, and the basic tool was the T sheet including 11 questions. The results let us conclude that the classes within the ‘’Local Coach’’ programme were popular in the same degree at the beginning and at the end. Team games turned out to be the dominating activity during the classes and the coaches rated themselves highly in terms of their work quality, pointed out to the effectiveness of the classes, the preservation of safety conditions, and the generally pleasant atmosphere. Moreover, the weather conditions were good, mediocre, and very good, and the support provided by the participants was huge and medium.
