Redescription of Busas dissolutus Jacobi, 1909, with notes on taxonomic position of the genus (Hemiptera: Fulgoromorpha: Tropiduchidae)

Abstrakty

EN

The monotypie Australian planthopper Busas Jacobi, 1909 with type species Busas dissolutus Jacobi, 1909 is redecribed. The taxonomical placement of Busas (in Gaetullini) and generic status of Busas and Paralasonia as valid taxa are confirmed. Paralasonia australis Muir, 1924 is recorded for the first time from New South Wales in Australia.
