The embryonic fluids of SPF chicken enbryos experimentally infected at the day 6 of life with CELO virus at a dose of 101-5 and 10°-5 ЕГО50 were examined for the content of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, Na+, K+ and Cu2+ between 7 and 13 day after infection. The content of Ca2+, Mg2+, Zn2+ and Cu2 increased and the content of Na+ decreased. The level of K+ sharply increased during the first days of observation and then it decreased to the level noted in control embryos. The above changes manifested more profoundly in embryos infected with a higher dose of the virus and they appeared earlier in amniotic than in allantoic fluid.
