Oznaczono zawartość Ag, Al, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Rb, Sr, Zn w owocnikach mikoryzowego grzyba wielkoowocnikowego koźlarza czerwonego (Leccinum rufum) z terenu Chodelskiego Parku Krajobrazowego na Wyżynie Lubelskiej. Określono wartości współczynnika biokoncentracji (BCF) wymienionych pierwiastków w kapeluszach i trzonach koźlarza czerwonego względem ich zawartości w glebie (warstwa 0 – 10 cm).

The concentrations of some elements (Ag, Al, Ba, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Rb, Sr and Zn) have been quantified in a representative sample of the fruiting bodies of Red Aspen Bolete (Red Capped-scaber) and surface soil collected nearby to the village of Wandalin at the Lubelska Upland (borough of Opole Lubelskie, Lubelskie voievodeship) in the South-Eastern part of Poland. Potassium, phosphorous and magnesium were particularly abundant, mean values 38000, 8200 and 1100 mg/kg dry matter in the caps, respectively, and they were followed by calcium, zinc, rubidium, iron, copper and sodium at 150,120,100, 96, 73 and 60 mg/kg, respectively, while concentrations of other elements were around l mg/kg or less. The values of the cap/stalk concentration quotient were largely element-specific and, except for sodium, calcium and strontium, were greater than l. The elements such as Ag, Cd, Cu, K, Mg, Na, P, Rb and Zn were accumulated (BCF > 1), while Al, Ba, Ca, Co, Cr, Fe, Ni, Pb and Sr were excluded (BCF < 1) by the examined mushroom specie.
