PL

Przedstawiono narzędzia stworzone przez przemysł soków i napojów w UE w celu zapewnienia jakości i autentyczności soków owocowych i warzywnych. Wprowadzono obowiązujący dziś wszystkie kraje UE Kodeks Praktyki AIJN, opracowany dla poszczególnych rodzajów soków. Władze UE, poszczególnych krajów i organizacje konsumenckie mogą używać tego kodeksu jako standardu kontroli jakości soków i napojów owocowych. Kodeks Praktyki AIJN jest podstawą działalności EQCS, który jest systemem przemysłowej samokontroli. Omówiono zasady działania tego systemu, który daje możliwości prześledzenia drogi produktu od surowca do finalnego wyrobu. Przedstawiono obecny stan systemu przemysłowej samokontroli. AIJN zażądała aby wszystkie stowarzyszenia w krajach UE utworzyły te systemy do końca 2000 r.

There are presented the tools created by juice and drink industry in EU for assurance the quality and authenticity of fruit and vegetable juices. The Code of Practice is obligatory in all countries of EU and it's relating to particular kinds of juices. The government of EU, of each country and of consumer organisations can use this Code as standard of control of juices and drinks quality. Code of Practice of AIJN is the base of activity of EQCS, which is industrial self-control system. There are discussed the rules ofthis system. It gives the possibilities to observe the way of product from raw material to final product. There is presented actual state of industrial self-control system. AIJN just demanded from all associations in EU to create this system till the end of the year 2000.
