Po okresie dynamicznego rozwoju Krosna w XIX i w pierwszej połowie XX wieku zachowało się w mieście i okolicy wiele obiektów, mających dużą wartość dla historii regionu i kraju. Obecnie fabryki, kopalnie z całą infrastrukturą narażone są na powolną degradację, zapomnienie, a czasem likwidację. Proces ten należy jak najszybciej przerwać lub zatrzymać. Należy skorzystać z doświadczeń innych krajów i uchronić przed zniszczeniem budynki, maszyny, urządzenia i narzędzia.

After the period of the dynamic development of Krosno in the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, a number of objects valuable to the history of Poland and this region were preserved in the town itself and its surrounding region. Currently factories, mines and the whole infrastructure are exposed to degradation, oblivion, and some have been demolished. This process must be immediately interrupted or stopped. Experience gathered by other countries should be used to protect buildings, machines, equipment and tools against destruction.
