Przedstawiono wyniki oznaczeń magnezu, wapnia, żelaza w produktach zbożowych (Müsli, Nestle) i chipsach ziemniaczanych za pomocą sopektrometrii absorpcyjno atomowej oraz oszacowano w jakim stopniu produkty te pokrywają dobowe zapotrzebowanie w oznaczane makrobiopierwiastki u osób dorosłych i młodzieży w wieku rozwojowym.

Cereal (Müsli and Nestle) and potatoes (Crisps) breakfast flakes were studied with regard to their calcium, magnesium, and iron contents. The contents of these elements were determined by of atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) after prior mineralization (dry method) in temperature of 400-450°C. The greatest content of magnesium was noted in Müsli and crisps and the smallest was noted in Nestle. The highest content of iron was described in Nestle and Müsli (they are most frequently enriched with this element) and the lowest was noted in Crisps. The values for calcium are the same as in case of iron. The products studied provide the human organism in these elements in a satisfactory way, at average in 20% magnesium and in 80% iron, and calcium in only 3%.
