W pracy omawiane są problemy związane z somatycznym klonowaniem organizmów w świetle aktualnego stanu wiedzy dotyczącego molekularnych uwarunkowań prawidłowego rozwoju roślin i zwierząt. Szczególny nacisk położono na niepowodzenia w klonowaniu zwierząt wynikające z konieczności epigenetycznego przeprogramowania somatycznych jąder komórkowych.
EN
In this study problems connected with somatic cloning of plants and animals, in the light of the actual state of knowledge on molecular conditions of the proper animal development, were discussed. We focused on animal cloning failures due to necessity of epigenetic reprogramming of somatic nuclei.
