Koncepcja stosowania standardów urbanistycznych w pracach planistycznych. Określenie ich zadań, treści i formy. Propozycja wartości liczbowych wskaźników.

The urban planning standards heve very important role in commune organization. They can be helpful to local authorities in they responsible work in monitoring the changes in environment structure. Use of urban planning standards let to: - implement by local authorities the national and regional policies, - achieve the principles of sustainable development - shape of an efficiently functioning spatial unit, namely its functional and spatial structure, - maintain the existing value of environment and create new ones based on the market rules. Such management will result in making a spatial unit more competitive and attractive for investment and capital. This, in turn, will contribute to the inhabitants' affluence. The article introduces the concept of urban planning standards, presents the rules of their application and offers the ratios' numerical values.
