Abstrakty

The dragonfly fauna of the Gorce Mountains (West Carpathians Mts.) consists of 24 species, mostly characteristic of small water bodies, Reophilois species are practically absent. Twenty one species were caught by the author, the most interesting being: Sympetrum striolatum, Leucorrhinia pectoralis, L. rubicunda and Sympetrum fonscolombii, the lattr very rare in Poland.
