Cumulative unitary value of plant production depends on economical-natural conditions of a farm. That's why the above paper attempts to evaluate In what way such factors like: cropland, ploughland area, area of corn, root crops, fodder and grassland as well as power of tractors working on a farm Influence cumulative unitary value of cornproduction - as related to a corn unit. The research work was carried out on 38 farms defining relationship with the correlation - regression calculus. The obtained results confirm the assuaption that increase of farm and crop area decreases considerably unitary expenditure needed for corn production. Cumulative energy consumption on farms of about 2 ha aree is almost twice as big as on farms of 20 ha area.
