Problems of the Polish brewing industry, which would arise in the next time after the Poland's joining the ECM are discussed in short. The most important problems requiring solution, such as. e.g. ensurement of good-quality raw materials, mechanization and automation of the respective processes and application of the newest machines and implements, particularly energy-sparing ones, are quoted against the background of world-wide achievements and techniques.
