By maceration in thermostatic water bath are obtained with water natural extracts of St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.). On the tannin contents in the produced St. John's wort extracts is investigated the influence of hydromodule (solid:liquid = 1:10 to 1:30), temperature of maceration (25°C to 60°C), time (0.5 h to 5 h) and granulation of raw materials (200 um to 1000 um). In the obtained extract by maceration of St. John's wort with 200 urn granulation is estimated the biggest quantity of tannins. By increase of the temperature of maceration, the extracted quantity of tannins is increased. The longer contacts of the St. John's wort with the extraction means, the more negative influence on the tannin contents in the extract is shown. Hydromodule has a slight influence on the extraction of the St. John's wort tannins.

Naturalne ekstrakty z dziurawca otrzymano metodą maceracji w łaźni wodnej. Zbadano wpływ proporcji wody (ciało stałe - ciecz w zakresie od 1:10 do 1:30), temperatury maceracji (0,5-5 h) i granulacji surowca (200-1000 um) na zawartość tanin w otrzymanych ekstraktach. Najwyższą ilość tanin otrzymano dla granulacji 200 p.m. Wykazano, że wzrost temperatury zwiększa ilość tanin w ekstrakcie, natomiast dłuższy kontakt rośliny z wodą wpływa na zawartość tanin w ekstrakcie negatywnie. Proporcja wody ma niewielki wpływ na ekstrakcję tanin.
