Zbadano strukturę wewnętrzną ziarna wybranych zbóż: pszenicy, żyta, pszenżyta i jęczmienia. Dla wykazania różnic w budowie i rozmieszczeniu białka w ziarnie, ich przekroje poprzeczne barwiono pąsem 2R. Mimo dużego podobieństwa między poszczególnymi gatunkami i odmianami zbóż, stwierdzono dość istotne różnice np.: w kształcie i wielkości warstwy aleuronowej, a także w rozmieszczeniu białka.

The internal structure of kernels of wheat, rye, triticale and barley was examined. To show the differences in structure and disposal of protein in kernels their cross sections were stained with panceau 2R. Although there were similarities between different kinds and spices of cereals some very important differences were observed, i.e. in shape and size of aleuron layer and in disposal of protein.
