There was not brought in the Act obliging the producers for addition of ethanol to the fuels. Next increase of grain prices will rise the production costs of raw spirit. NDC wants again to form the trade connections with "Polmos ". Author described the example of one of small distilleries in Poland. They used to sell raw spirit for 1,10 zł per 1 dcm3, while they used to produce it for 1,50 zł. In the autumn 1999 the price rised to 1,90 zł but expected profitable price is 2,50 zł per 1 dcm3; 1 zł (PLN) = 0,24 USD-fixing, January 11th, 2000.
