Ocena przydatności materiałów opakowaniowych do bezpośredniego kontaku z żywnością wymaga oceny ilościowej ewentualnej migracji niepożądanych substancji z materiału opakowaniowego do zawartości opakowania. Problem ten jest złożony i wymaga dosyć skomplikowanych obliczeń, które obecnie wykonać można za pomocą elektronicznej techniki obliczeniowej.
EN
The assessment of suitability of packaging materials for direct contact with food requires a quantitative evaluation of possible migration of undesirable substances from packaging material into package content. It is a complex problem that requires quite complicated calculations which now can be made using electronic computing systems.
