EN

The trends of recent years in agronomy in West Europe and Canada are to limitat the usage of chemical fertilizers and to develop the utilisation of organic fertilizers, particularly manure compost. The process of compost production, mechanized with utilisation of machine for composting, eliminates some negative features of fresh manure and purifies it. This paper describes the perspectives and possibilities of the introduction of the technology of compost production in farms and presents the essential principles suitable in this process.
