The goal of the studies was to examine the course of Amidostomum anseris invasion in egg laying geese, young geese and broiler geese, and the influence of parasites control introduced before egg laying on dynamics of this parasitic disease. A total of 3020 geese on 4 farms were examined. The extensiveness of invasion was determined coproscopically by the McMaster method in all farms, and additionally during sections in two farms. A. anseris invasion was diagnosed in young geese at the second months of their life and in adult geese in each period of the examinations. The extensiveness and intensity of invasion increased in young and adult geese in autumn (November-December). The second peak of invasion was noted in adults in February-March. Control of parasites done at December (one moth before start of egg laying) did not prevent the spring peak of invasion. Banminth, Fenbesan and Ivomec were used to control A. anseris invasion. Disinfections was not done after use of aniparasitic drugs.
