Przedstawiono w formie tabelarycznej dane dotyczące światowej i polskiej produkcji i eksportu koncentratu jabłkowego w latach 1990-2000. W tym okresie w Polsce następowały wahania wielkości produkcji, ale jej trend pozostał rosnący. Przedstawiono wielkości importu koncentratu jabłkowego do UE (Polska zajmuje tu I miejsce z wielkością 73 tys. t w 1999 r.), produkcję i przetwórstwo jabłek w Polsce w latach 1990-2000 (średnia produkcja - 1 544 tys. t, przerób - 64,8%) oraz produkcję koncentratu jabłkowego na tle produkcji koncentratów innych owoców (średni udział koncentratu jabłkowego w całej produkcji koncentratu - 90,3%). Niepokojąca jest tendencja stałego wzrostu importu przez Polskę koncentratu jabłkowego. Powodem tego jest spadek cen eksportowych polskiego koncentratu i spadek cen skupu jabłek na rynku polskim. Inny powód to proces przekształceń własnościowych i strukturalnych, co powoduje wyłączanie z produkcji znacznego potencjału przerobu jabłek na koncentrat.

The data about World and Polish production and exportation of apple juice concentrate in the years 1990-2000 are presented in table form. In this time the fluctuation of apple juice production had place in Poland-but the trend is still increasing. There are presented the data about importation of apple juice concentrate to EU. Poland took I place in 1999 with the sale of 73,000 t. In following tables there are presented the apple production and their processing in Poland in the years 1990-2000 (the average year 's production -1,544,0001, processing - 64,8%) and the production of apple juice concentrate in comparison to the other fruit concentrates (average participation of apple concentrate was 90,3%). There is worrying the tendency that the importation of apple juice concentrate to Poland is increasing. The reason of it is the reduction of exportation prices of polish concentrate awhile the purchase prices for apple are decreasing on Polish market. Another reason is also the transformation process. It causes that the considerable potential of apple processing is excluded from concentrate production.
