Instruments of the market protection by the state as far as the hortical products, change of the custom tariffs in the past year, assumptions of the construction of new tariffs are concerned are discussed. The export-supporting policy of the state in 1991 is criticized. Conditions of the trade with our neighbours in east and south and facilities in the trade with the western Europe since March f 1992 in connection with realization of the convention on the union with EC M are presented.
