W pracy omówiono udział reaktywnych form tlenu i reaktywnych form azotu w powstawaniu najczęściej /stępujących chorób neurodegeneracyjnych ośrodkowego układu nerwowego; choroby Alzheimera i choroby Sona. Wykazano, że dieta bogata w naturalne antyoksydanty, z dużą ilością świeżych warzyw i owoców pobiega chorobom neurodegeneracyjnym i wydłuża życie.

This work presents participation reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen species in creation of the most often appearing neurodegeneration diseases of central nervous system; Alzheimer's disease and Parkinsons's disease. It exerts that diet rich with natural antioxidants, with big amount of fresh vegetables and fruits prevents neurodegeneration diseases and prolongs life.
