Studies of flora in Stawek river valley was carried out in 1996. Braun-Blanquet's method was applied. Fifteen association and four communities of plants were selected in meliorated valley. The following plants occurred the most often: Arrhenatheretum medioeuropeum, Poa pratensis and Festuca rubra community as well as Cirsietum rivularis. Valley under study is characterised by low percentage of herbaceous plants (88 species) and relatively high one of therapeutic, pollen and nectar-producing meaning (41 species).
