Wplyw podloza i rodzaju sadzonek na plonowanie truskawki w nieogrzewanym tunelu foliowym

Doświadczenie przeprowadzono w roku 1997 w nieogrzewanym tunelu foliowym (7x30 m). Truskawki (odm. Elsanta) uprawiano w małych workach z czarnej tkaniny polipropylenowej (23x80 cm). Worki napełniano dwoma różnymi podłożami (torf wysoki i mieszanina torfu niskiego z korą) i ułożono w podwójnych rzędach na 6 wałach. W każdym worku znajdowało się 12 dm³ podłoża. W doświadczeniu wykorzystano dwa rodzaje sadzonek (świeże i frigo). Stwierdzono wpływ podłoża i rodzaju sadzonek na plony i wzrost truskawki. Wyższy i lepszej jakości plon uzyskano z sadzonek frigo uprawianych w substracie z torfu wysokiego. Rośliny te uprawiane w substracie torfowym odznaczały się także większym wigorem. Podłoże i rodzaj sadzonek nie miały wpływu na wczesność plonowania truskawki.

The experiment was carried out in 1997 in an unheated tunnel (7x30 m). Strawberries (Elsanta cv.) were grown in small black polypropylene bags (23x80 cm) filled with 12 dm³ of two different substrates (sphagnum peat substrate and low moor peat-pine bark mixture), laid in double rows on 6 raised beds. Two kinds of runner plants (fresh and frigo) were used in the experiment. The influence of substrate and kind of runner plants on strawberry yields and growth was observed. Higher and better quality yield was obtained from frigo plants grown in sphagnum peat substrate. These plants grown in peat were also more vigorous. Neither the substrate nor kind of runner plants did affect the earliness of strawberry yielding.
