Przedstawiono wyniki oznaczeń zawartości rtęci ogółem w warstwie powierzchniowej i rdzeniach osadów pobranych w różnych miejscach w Zatoce Puckiej i Gdańskiej w latach 1987-90.

Sediment cores taken alongshore of the Puck Bay, and surface sediments taken from the Puck Bay and the Gulf of Gdańsk in 1987-1990, have been examined in order to determine total mercury content. For thos purpose cold vapour flameless atomic absorption spectrometry, was used The total mercury concentration was found to range from 1.6 to 38 µg/kg dry weight in sediment cores from 0.74 to 5.7 µg/kg m surface layer of sandy sediments from the Puck Bay, and from 3 5 to 160 µg/kg m sediments from the Gulf of Gdańsk.
