In her article, based on the statistical data, the author has diagnosed the regional differentiation of the level of development of the service sections in Poland in 2003-2007. For the purpose of analysis, as the fundamental measures describing the level of involvement of productive forces in activities of the service sections in individual voivodships (provinces), there were adopted in individual provinces: the share of service sections in the number of economic entities as well as in the total number of employees, the share of service enterprises' revenue in total revenue and the share of service sections' capital spending in individual provinces' capital spending. Assessment of the result of service sections' development is made on the basis of changes in the gross value added produced in individual regions in 2006-2007. At the same time, based on the results of surveys carried out by IBRKK as well as on analyses of various types of secondary data, there are discussed three groups of actions adding dynamics to service development, i. e. actions carried out by territorial self-government authorities, regulatory actions carried out by the central authorities and mutual influence of economic entities.

В статье на основе статистических данных проведен диагноз региональной дифференциации уровня развития секции услуг в Польше в 2003-2007 гг. Для целей анализа в качестве основних мер, описывающих уровень вовлечения производствен-ных факторов в деятельность секций услуг в отдельных воєводствах, были приняты: доля секций услуг в числе зкономических субъектов и в общем числе занятых, доля доходов предприятий сферы услуг в доходах в целом, а также доля капитальных вложении секции услут в капитальных вложениях отдельных воєводств. Оценка результатов развития секций услуг была проведена на основе изменений добавленной стоимости брутто, произведенной в отдельных регионах в 2006-2007 гг. Одновременно на основе результатов исследований, проведенных в ИИРПДЦ (IBRKK), и анализов разновидных вторичных данных были обсуждены три группы действий, динамизирующих развитие услуг, т. е. действия органов местного самоуправления, регулирующие действия центральных органов власти и взаимное воздействие зкономических субъектов.
