Arguments for the necessity of privatization of an enterprise, privatization aims from the viewpoint of interest of state and staffs of enterprises are presented. Also privatization harriers due to a lack of national capital and anxieties of workers connected with a toss or reduction of their influence on the activity of the enterprise as well as with uncertainty of the privatization consequences are discussed. Bask privatization forms: capital - for enterprises of good economic condition and closing down - for smaller and weaker enterprises as well as problems of privatization of brewery and fruit and- vegetable processing branch, are presented.
