PL

Badano wpływ skojarzonego działania sorbinianu potasowego i klarytromycyny na wzrost Helicobacter pylori na podłożu agarowym. Sam sorbinian w stężeniu 10 mg 1100 ml podłoża hamował wzrost 10% szczepów, a klarytromycyna w stężeniu 0,01 mg I ml - 15% szczepów tych bakterii. Przy połączonym działaniu obu tych substancji nie wyrosło aż 75% szczepów.

Examinations were carried out on the synergic effect of clarithromycin and potassium sorbate on growth of Hp on Brucella agar. Potassium sórbate by itself in concentratoion 10 mg and clarithromycin in concentration of 0.001 mg in 100 ml of the medium inhibited the growth of 10% and 15% of Hp strains respectively. Simultaneous application of both these substances caused the growth inhibition of 75% strains.
