The duplicates of whole-day food rations contained: children's diets on average 7.50 mg of iron (1.85 do 11.84 mg), adolescents' A diets - 8.14 mg (4.18-13.77 mg) and adolescents' В diets - 10.75 mg Fe (3.89-24.34 mg) what was not sufficient for a big part of the population, especially girls and women. The diets contained also respectively: 2.02 mg of manganese (0.71-3.30 mg), 2.07 mg (1.46 -3.71 mg) and 1.92 mg (0.98-3.58 mg) what should be considered adequate for the population under the study.
