Celem pracy była ocena zawartości wybranych witamin (A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, B12 PP i kwasu foliowego) w całodobowych dietach studentów Wydziału Farmaceutycznego Collegium Medicum. Badania przeprowadzono w 2003 i 2004 roku, zastosowano metodę 24-godzinnego wywiadu żywieniowego. Zawartość witamin obliczono korzystając z programu komputerowego „Dietetyk". Stwierdzono niskie spożycie witamin B1 i B2 i kwasu foliowego. Całodzienne racje pokarmowe studentek średnio zawierały mniej każdej z badanych witamin niż diety studentów. Zaobserwowano lepszą realizację dziennych norm na badane witaminy w posiłkach studentów w 2004 roku niż rok wcześniej.

The study was based on the 24-hour dietary recall in 2003 and 2004. The vitamin content was calculated using the DIETETYK computer programme. The student diets revealed the low intake of vitamins B1 i B2 and folic acid. The daily food rations of female students comprised the lower average of the vitamins under study than those of men.
