EN

Globalization causes conditioning agriculture should be translated into a concept of leading farmers away from their small state - the countryside. Optimal position of Polish agriculture in world economy should be specified. World economy is functioning in spheres of expanding world trade, shaping international capital market, development and expansion of multi-national corporations, forming regional integrational units. There are three crucial conditions specifying the competitive scope of Polish agriculture on international arena: macroeconomical conditions expressed in dynamism and rationality of national economy, the ability to create and absorp from outside modern technologies and plant production organization allowing to acomplish solid improvement of farming and sustaining worldwide accepted quality, health and sanitary standards of agricultural and food products. The development of world economy system by the means of world trade expansion, forming international capital market, expansion of multi-national corporations and regional integrational units leads to restricting sovereignty of national policy.
