PL

Wykonano badania dotyczące terapeutycznych i profilaktycznych właściwości związanych z immunomodulującymi efektami lewamisolu. Stwierdzono wyraźną poprawę stanu zdrowia zwierząt, objawiającą się zmniejszeniem liczby upadków oraz zwiększeniem dziennych przyrostów ciężarów ciała. Potwierdzono także brak wzmożonej odpowiedzi immunologicznej przy powtórnej ekspozy­cji antygenowej, co wskazuje na potrzebę dalszych badań celem wyjaśnienia tych interesują­cych zjawisk.

The research concerning the therapeutic and prophylactic properties of levamisol, connec­ted with its immunomodulative effects, was conducted. A distinct improvement in the health state of animals was observed. It manifested itself in a reduced mortality level and increased daily body weight gains. The lack of intensified immune response at repeated antigen exposure was also confirmed. It indicates the need for further studies aimed at explaining those intere­sting phenomena.
