The seminar titled "HACCP as the tool in the assurance of food safety" was the summary of PHARE project titled "Help for nutrition sector in assurance of safety and quality of the food". PHARE project was performed by Dutch consortium composed of Agriment International BV and TNO Nutrition and Food Research Institute, with participation of 4 Polish research institutions. In the course of seminar the reports and news were presented. These materials were related to FAPA Foundation, 7 rules of implementation of HACCP system, risk of management, PHARE project and Polish experiences in implementation of HACCP system.
