W pracy przedstawiono badania nad możliwościami wytwarzania gotowych do spożycia produktów na krajowych formierkach. Zbadano i dobrano jakościowo krajowe surowce i technologie, które pozwalają na uzyskanie produktów o wysokim standardzie.

The studies were performed to evaluate the possibility of producing ready-toeat food using Polish moulding machines, designed by the Institute of Food Processing Machinery. The moulding machine for dumplings, type 01 MG, and an automatic machine for pastries and potato-flour noodles, type 01 CY, were compared with German automatic machine Rlioen Cornucopia KN 100. In the first part of the research, native raw materials and Polish technologies were tested and selected in respect of quality, to ensure the obtaining of high quality products according to Polish Standards, as well as in accordance with nutritive customs of Polish consumers.
