PL

Intra-industry trade understood as simultaneous import and export of products from the same industry may be used for assessing a competitive position of a country in international trade. However, measurement of this type of exchange causes many methodological problems. The most important of them are: precise defining of a industry, a choice of statistical data aggregation within the statistics already existing in international trade and a choice of a measurement method.

Handel wewnątrzgałęziowy rozumiany jako jednoczesny import i eksport produktów należących do tej samej gałęzi może być wykorzystywany do oceny pozycji konkurencyjnej kraju w handlu międzynarodowym. Pomiar tego typu wymiany stwarza jednak wiele problemów metodologicznych. Najważniejsze z nich to: precyzyjne zdefiniowanie gałęzi, wybór statystycznej agregacji danych w ramach istniejących statystyk handlu zagranicznego oraz wybór metody pomiaru.
