EN

Scientific-technological advance is conducive to achieving food safety for human population and makes possible an implementation of modern agricultural production systems (precision agriculture). It enables a continuous documentation of the product flow over all steps of process, from primary production, via transport, storage, processing, distribution, up to the consumer (traceability). Further advantages resulting from teehnological progress include efficient use of natural resources and means of production, good work conditions of the people, environment conservation, animal welfare, reduction of energy inputs and wider use of renewable energy sources.
