On June 21-24, 2004 the Eleventh Scientific-Technical Conference: Construction and Exploitation of Food Industry Machines BEMS'2004 has been organised with leading commitment of the Engineering Alimentary and Plastic Division from Technical University of Koszalin. For this meeting more than 115 scientific entries (reports) were elaborated concerning e.g. properties of raw materials and alimentary products, processing engineering, construction and exploitation of machines, quality management, utilization of modelling in food industry.
