Autor przedstawił negatywną rolę tlenu w gotowym piwie. Omówił ryzyko pobrania tlenu przez piwo na drodze między tankiem leżakowym i rozlewem do butelek. Opisał sposoby zapobiegania natlenianiu piwa i usuwania powietrza z szyjek butelek.

Author discussed the negative part of oxygen in finished beer. In article there is described the risk of oxygenation of beer on the way between the end of fermentation and filling the bottles. Author informs, how to prevent the oxygenation of beer and how to remove the air from the bottleneck.
