Fertilizer Solfan PK used preventively at the concentration 0.5% and applied once as a spray treatment on impatiens, pelargonium or rose, significantly inhibited the development of grey mould on leaves or rose petals. Four days after inoculation of rose flower petals with B. cinerea, it gave more than 18-times reduction of spots’ diameter than in the control objects (almost 95% reduction). The fertilizer used for impatiens spray gave more than 3.1-times reduction of spots’ diameter and almost 68% reduction of the fungus development. Five day after inoculation of pelargonium leaves, Solfan PK, used as a foliar spray gave 2.2-times disease symptoms suppressing and the percent of the disease reduction amounted to 55. The tested fertilizer was not phytotoxic to protected plants.
