In popular literature analysis of the cutting process is realize with simplified foundations and in many cases lead to delimitation mean value of cut layer thickness. Using mean values and acceptation the simplifications of circular saw shape do not allow to precise description of cutting process. Present mathematical relations take into consideration inaccurate of realization and mounting of the saw, they allow to delimitate real values of cut layer thickness.
